Phillip Crandall

It is with great sadness that I have to report the loss of another DBA brother and great friend Phillip Crandall (Western Plains Chapter) Lifetime Member #114. I got a call from his brother, Lee, stating he passed away at 1:30pm yesterday due to complications from a car wreck on his way home last Sunday 1/11/09. As you may remember they're other brother Tommy "Animal" was killed in a cycle crash in 2006. Phillip, Tommy, and Lee have always been the epitome of our Association, living and loving the life and cause WE are all about. Phillip was a loving, caring, protective brother always riding at the back of "the pack" to ensure that no "cage" would cut into the line of bikes and endanger his fellow "brothers and sisters". Jammer, I will miss you dearly! You have been a great friend. Our hearts and prayers are with your family now and forever. I will report back when I have more info........Wire

All of our sentiment and prayers go out to all at Western Plains for your loss as well as ours (DOWNED BIKERS ASSOC.) He was always willing to do what was needed or required and always ready for a laugh. . .God Bless. . .Jess

Lee,
You guy's are one of the few. I'll miss Phil greatly. You guy's were always
around at Bikefest, ready to do whatever to help out. Even if it was just
hanging out with me and making me laugh. We are all there for you. Just give us
a call if there is anything we can do. I'm here if you need to talk or whatever.
I can tell you, in time it will get a little easier. Hang in there brother.
