"Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement"

I the undersigned do hereby hold harmless the Downed Bikers Association and any persons, organizations and businesses involved with this event, responsible for any  accident or injury occurring before, during or after this event. I give up the rights to sue or make any claims whatsoever (on my own behalf or my heirs, personal representatives, successors and relatives). I know the risk or danger to myself and my property while participating in the event. and assume responsibility for all such risk and or loss that I cause or receive. In the event any person not a party to this agreement shall make any claim or file any lawsuit against Sponsors for any reason relating to the motorcycle rally, including, but not limited to, the date, location, or operations, rider and passenger agrees to indemnify, defend and hold sponsors harmless from any and all such claims and lawsuits, including the payment of all damages, expenses, cost, and attorney's fees, whether such claims be based upon alleged intentional conduct, active or passive negligence or strict or product liability on the part of Sponsors, their agents employees, legal representatives or assigns.
